1. Combine the following in 700ml water:
   • 15g Agar
   • 1ml Vitamin solution (see below)
   • 1ml Trace element solution (see below)
   • 5g Yeast extract
   • 0.25g MgSO₄ x 7 H₂O
   • 1g KH₂PO₄
   • 3.3g (NH₄)₂SO₄
2. Autoclave to sterilize.
3. Add 200ml of glucose solution (see below)
4. Adjust to 1000ml with sterile distilled water

Vitamin solution:

1. Combine the following in 100ml distilled water:
   • 0.2mg Biotin
   • 0.2mg Folic acid
   • 20mg p-Aminobenzoic acid
   • 20mg Riboflavin
   • 40mg Calsium pantothenate
   • 40mg Thiamine hydrochloride
   • 40mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride
   • 40mg Nicotinic acid
   • 200mg m-Inositol
2. Autoclave or filter sterilize.

Trace element solution:

1. Combine the following in 100ml distilled water:
   • 7.8mg CuSO₄ x 5 H₂O
   • 101mg MnSO₄ x H₂O
   • 178mg ZnSO₄ x 7 H₂O
   • 23.4mg Na₂MoO₄ x 2 H₂O
   • 366mg FeSO₄ x 7 H₂O
   • 1.457g CaCl₂ x 2 H₂O
2. Autoclave or filter sterilize.

Glucose solution:

1. Combine the following in 1000ml distilled water:
   • 200g glucose
2. Filter sterilize.
