Acridine Orange Stain Recipe

1. Dissolve 1g of acridine orange to 100ml of distilled water
2. Store in a foil wrapped container at 4^oC
3. Bring to room temperature prior to use

Acridine Orange is a nucleic acid selective metachromatic stain useful for cell cycle determination.
