Actinoplanes Medium Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 900ml water
    • 60 g Oatmeal
    • 2.5 g yeast 2019
    • 1 g K2HPO4
    • 0.5 g KCl
    • 0.5 g MgSO4 . 7H2O
    • 0.01 FeSO4 . 7H2O
  2. q.s. to 1 L with distilled water
  3. Autoclave to sterilize.
