Agrobacterium Agar Recipe

    1. Combine the following in 900ml water:
      • 15g Agar
      • 5g NaCl
      • 2g (NH4)2SO4
      • 8g Mannitol
      • 0.5g Casamino acids
      • 5g Yeast extract
    2. Adjust to 1000ml with water
    3. Autoclave to sterilize.

Note: If Agrobacterium growth is slow then add 0.1 ml filter sterilized 20 mg/ml biotin.
