Allantoin Mineral Agar Recipe

    1. Combine the following in 800ml water:
      • 15g Agar
      • 20g Allantoin
      • 1mg MnSO4 x H2O
      • 10mg FeSO4 x 7 H2O
      • 50mg CaCl2 x 2 H2O
      • 0.5g MgSO4 x 7 H2O
      • 0.2g KH2PO4
      • 0.8g K2HPO4
    2. Adjust to 1000ml with distilled water
    3. Autoclave to sterilize.
