Bacillus Medium Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 900ml of distilled water
    • 1.3g (NH4)2SO4
    • 0.37g KH2PO4
    • 0.25g MgSO4-7H2O
    • 0.07g CaCl2-2H2O
    • 0.02g FeCl3
    • 1.0g Glucose
    • 1.0g Yeast extract
  2. Adjust pH to 4.0 with 10 N H2SO4.
  3. q.s. to 1L with distilled water
  4. Autoclave to sterilize
