Bennett's Medium Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 900 ml of water
    • 1 g yeast extract
    • 1 g beef extract
    • 1 g N-Z amine type A (Sigma C0626)
    • 10g glucose
    • 15 g agar
  2. q.s. to 1 L with water.
  3. Autoclave to sterilize.
