Corynebacterium Agar Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 850ml of distilled water:
    • 10g Casein peptone (tryptic digest)
    • 5g Glucose
    • 5g Yeast extract
    • 5g NaCl
    • 15g Agar
  2. Adjust pH to 7.3
  3. Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
  4. Autoclave or filter sterilize
