Broth Recipe
- Dissolve 3g peptone in 850ml of distilled water
- Dissolve 5g yeast extract in the solution from
step 1
- Dissolve 25g of mannitol in the solution from
step 2
- Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
- Autoclave or filter sterilize
