MY Medium Recipe

  1. Dilute the following in 900ml of distilled water
    • 10g Yeast Extract
    • 20g Maltose
    • 2g KH2PO4
    • 5g NaCl
  2. Adjust to pH 6.0
  3. q.s. to 1L with distilled water
  4. Autoclave to sterilize
