- Dissolve the following in 900ml of H2O
- 10g NZ amine
- 5g NaCl
- 5g Bacto-yeast extract
- 1g casamino acids
- 2g of MgSO4-7H2O
- Stir until all solids have dissolved
- Adjust to pH 7.0 with 5N NaOH (usually requires
about 200ul)
- Adjust volume to 1 liter with H2O
- Sterilize by autoclaving
