- Combine the following in 800ml water:
- 0.5g Cysteine-HCl x H2O
- 100ml Tomato juice, filtered
- 1ml Tween 80
- 3.5g Diammonium citrate
- 50mg MnSO4 x H2O
- 0.2g MgSO4 x 7 H2O
- 5g Fructose
- 10g Glucose
- 5g Yeast extract
- 10g Casein peptone, tryptic digest
- Adjust pH to 4.8
- Adjust to 1000ml with distilled water
- Filter sterilize.
