Pancreatic juice Recipe is useful if you need to know the half-life of an analyte in pancreatic juice.

  1. Dissolve 40g of Pancreatin in 200ml of distilled water
  2. Dissolve 0.4g of baking soda in the solution from step 1
  3. Mix in diatomaceous earth and filter
  4. Add a few drops of chloroform
  5. This mixture is unstable and should be made up immediately prior to use
