Propionibacterium Agar Recipe
- Dissolve the following in 900ml of distilled water
- 10g Sodium lactate
- 5g Yeast extract
- 10g Casein peptone, tryptic digest
- 15g Agar
- Adjust pH to 7.0-7.2
- Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
- Autoclave to sterilize
