STET Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 20ml water
    • 4.0 g of sucrose
    • 2.5ml of Triton X-100
    • 200ul of 0.25M EDTA
    • 2.5ml of 1M Tris-HCl
    • 50ul of 20% Sodium Azide
  2. q.s. to 50ml with water
