Thiobacillus Medium F2 Recipe

  1. Combine the following in 800ml water:
    • 50mg FeSO4 x 7 H2O
    • 10.3ug Na2MoO4
    • 6.7mg CaCl2 6.7
    • 493mg MgSO4 x 7 H2O
    • 54.4mg KH2PO4
    • 52.3mg KCl 52.3 mg
  2. Adjust pH to 2.2 with H2SO4
  3. Adjust to 1000ml with distilled water
  4. Filter sterilize.
