Tomato Juice Medium Recipe
- Dissolve the following in 700ml of distilled water
- 1ml Tween 80
- 200ml Filtered tomato juice (pH 7)
- 10g Yeast extract
- 10g Casein peptone, tryptic digest
- Adjust to pH 6.5
- Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
- Autoclave to sterilize
