Tomato Juice Yeast Extract Agar Recipe

1. Dissolve the following in 700ml of distilled water
   • 5g Yeast extract
   • 100ml filtered tomato juice (pH 7)
   • 100g skim milk
   • 15g agar
2. Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
3. Autoclave to sterilize
