Trypan Blue Recipe

1. Dissolve the following in 80ml PBS
   • 0.4g Trypan blue
2. Bring to a slow boil
3. Cool to room temperature
4. qs to 100ml with PBS

Add 0.1 volumes of trypan blue solution to 0.9 volumes of cells in PBS. Unstained cells are viable.
