Whey Agar Recipe

  1. Combine the following in 800ml water:
    • 1ml Tween 80
    • 10g Yeast extract
    • 20g Casein hydrolysate
    • 50g Whey permeate
    • 15g Agar
  2. Adjust to 1000ml with distilled water
  3. Autoclave to sterilize.
