YEL Agar Recipe

  1. Dissolve the following in 1 L distilled water:
    • Trypticase 10 g
    • Yeast extract 10 g
    • Na-laktaatti 10 g
    • KH2PO4 2.5 g
    • MnSO4 5 mg
    • Agar 15 g
  2. Adjust pH to 7.0.
  3. Autoclave to sterilize.
