YMF Agar Recipe

  1. Combine the following in 800ml water:
    • 20g Agar
    • 200g Brown sugar
    • 3g Malt extract
    • 3g Yeast extract
    • 5g Peptone 5.0
  2. Adjust pH to 6.2
  3. Adjust to 1000ml with distilled water
  4. Autoclave to sterilize.
