Broth Recipe
- Dissolve the following in 850ml of distilled water
- 5g Bacto peptone
- 1g Yeast extract
- 0.1g Fe(III) citrate
- 19.45g NaCl
- 5.9g MgCl2 (anhydrous)
- 3.24g NaSO4
- 1.8g CaCl2
- 0.55g KCl
- 0.16g Na2CO3
- 0.08g KBr
- 0.034g SrCl2
- 0.022g H3BO3
- 0.004g Na-silicate
- 0.0024g NaF
- 0.0016g NH4NO3
- 0.008g Na2HPO4
- Adjust pH to 7.6
- Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
- Autoclave or filter sterilize
