Agar Recipe
- Dissolve 5g peptone in 850ml of distilled water
- Dissolve 3g meat extract in the solution from
step 1
- Dissolve 15g of agar in the solution from step
2
- Adjust pH to 7.0
- Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
- Autoclave or filter sterilize
