Nutrient Broth Recipe

    1. Dissolve 5g peptone in 850ml of distilled water
    2. Dissolve 3g meat extract in the solution from step 1
    3. Adjust pH to 7.0
    4. Bring to 1000ml with distilled water
    5. Autoclave or filter sterilize
